I felt that my body was much lighter, and I went from XL size down to L. True to what people always say, beauty is pain. I only had to endure a few weeks of side effects.

Not too much, actually. Just nausea, less appetite and only eating when I felt like eating. To keep myself hydrated, I drank a lot of water, avoided sugar and reduced my sodium intake.

During my blood pressure review at a clinic, my blood test results came back, and everything seemed to be improving except for my uric acid levels.

The doctor advised that these kinds of injections are also recommended to some of their patients to help control their weight and diabetes. The doctor asked me if I was okay to continue with the injection, as long as I didn’t stress my body and go beyond the extreme.

After the first dose, I rested for a while since I needed to prioritise my expenses for other important things. Of course, after the promotion ended, the price went back to normal, which was around RM1,100–RM1,400, and the dosage offered was lower, with only a 1mg pen (0.025mg per weekly injection).
